GIS/GPS Training Material
June 08, 2009
|
GIS/GPS are commonly used in large scale agricultural research projects such as the ones in IPM CRSP.
These two technologies are ideal tools for managing data about the nature, location and spread of
pests, analyzing the trend and pattern, and making pest management decision.
They provide the capacity for tracking the result of the actions such as biological
control application.
To help IPM CRSP community incorporate GIS/GPS in their research projects,
we developed this training material. Please note that this training material is 2MB in size.
Although it just takes a few seconds to load it
with a high speed connection, it may take awhile to load it under a slower network connection.
Please contact us by e-mail if you have an issue.
